Q: How do I apply for an apartment?
A: Click on "Documents" from the home page and print a "Rental Application" (PDF format).
Complete the application (one for each roommate) and deliver with a *$50 application fee (per person) to:

*NO CASH. Personal check, money order or cashier's check payable to Three Oaks Properties ONLY.
Q: How can I make sure no one else gets the apartment/house?
A: Include a "Holding Deposit" of $300 (per roommate) with your application fee. This will hold the apartment/house for you while your application is being processed. Once approved, the holding deposit will be applied to the security deposit at lease signing. If not approved, the holding deposit will be refunded. The only way you can lose the holding deposit is if you decide not to rent with Three Oaks after the application process has begun.
Q: How much is the security deposit?
A: The equivalent of one month's rent.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Yes. However, we do not allow all breeds. Call for details.
A pet deposit and monthly pet fee is required.
